Welcome to the McHenry County, Illinois ACE website.

McHenry County recognizes the contributions of local farmers. In an effort to provide farmers with new options for the preservation of family farms, the McHenry County Board established ACE in 2006. Its mission is to preserve the agricultural heritage, landscape, and economy of McHenry County through a viable farmland protection program.
